{cheesecake stuffed strawberries}
SUPER easy to put together, taste ah-mazing!
key players:
1 lb strawberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
graham cracker crumbs
the how-to:
rinse strawberries.
with a paring knife, cut off top & hollow out center.
prep all strawberries & set aside.
in a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, & vanilla extract.
add mixture to a ziploc bag, cut off a corner...instant piping bag!
fill strawberries with mixture.
dip top in graham cracker crumbs.
serve!
